Return and Refund Policy

Important Notice: We currently accept returns only for orders shipped within the United States. We are unable to process returns for international orders at this time.

Return Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Products should be returned in their clear garment packaging with the SKU label intact.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days from the date your order is marked as delivered. Once approved, items must be shipped back to us within the next 7 days.

If your order was delivered in multiple packages, the return window starts from the delivery date of the last package.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned: beauty products, bodysuits, face masks, intimates and lingerie, jewelry, swimwear, and wholesale orders in open packs.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a shipping error or a damaged item.

Additional Information

Please allow 5-7 business days after we receive your return to process your refund.

We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.

Returns that do not meet the above criteria may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or may be declined.

Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
