Refund & Return Policy
At Q•Deux, every order is created with care and attention to detail.
We value fairness, transparency, and your satisfaction.
Please note the difference between personalized planners, the Anti-Burnout Planner, and standard products before requesting a return.
Personalized planners — such as the Q•Do Personalized Life Plan and other custom designs — are non-refundable and non-returnable, since each one is individually built for you. However, if something doesn’t feel right or if you notice any issue, please contact us — we’ll review your plan and make the necessary corrections.
The Anti-Burnout Planner is also non-returnable, but if there’s any issue or defect, we’ll correct or replace it.
All other non-custom items (such as accessories or stationery) may be eligible for return within our 30-day policy and are subject to a 25 % restocking fee.

1. Policy Duration
Our standard return policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your order. After 30 days, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange for non-custom items.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
3. Shipping & Restocking Fees
Customers will only be charged once for shipping (including returns). A 25 % restocking fee applies only to eligible, non-custom products such as accessories or stationery — not to the Anti-Burnout Planner or personalized planners.
4. Personalized Planners & Anti-Burnout Planner
Because personalized planners are built uniquely for each individual, refunds and returns are not available once work has begun. However, if anything feels off — whether it’s content, tone, or layout — please email us at info@qdeux.com, and we’ll happily correct it. The same applies to the Anti-Burnout Planner — if something isn’t right, we’ll fix or replace it promptly.
5. Unjustified Returns
Returns or refunds based purely on a change of mind or preference are not supported, as they are not related to product quality.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds (for eligible non-custom items) will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit. Please include your order number when contacting us for quick assistance.
