At Q•Deux, every product is created and shipped with care.
Because we offer both custom-made planners and ready-to-ship items, shipping times and methods vary slightly depending on the product type.


1. Personalized Planners (including Q•Do Life Plan & Custom Designs)

Each personalized planner is created individually based on your questionnaire responses.
Production time begins after you complete your interactive form.

Delivery Options:
Standard — 5–7 business days
Express — within 72 hours
Rush — within 24 hours

Once completed, your planner will be sent to your email as PDF and PNG files (ready to print or use digitally).
If you request a professionally printed edition, you’ll receive a shipping quote before printing begins.
Printed planners typically ship within 5–7 business days after final approval.


2. Anti-Burnout Planner (Printed Edition)

The Anti-Burnout Planner is a ready-to-ship printed product.
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days and shipped via standard delivery.

Estimated Shipping Times:
U.S. orders — 5–7 business days
International orders — 7–14 business days

You’ll receive tracking information once your order has shipped.


3. Other Non-Custom Items

Accessories, stationery, or other non-custom Q•Deux items are shipped within 2–5 business days after your order is placed.
Delivery times vary by destination and carrier, but most orders arrive within 5–10 business days.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and delivery method.
Customers will only be charged once for shipping per order (including returns where applicable).


5. International Orders

We ship worldwide.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which vary by country.


6. Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@qdeux.com.
We’ll review your case and make sure it’s resolved as quickly as possible.


7. Order Updates

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
For digital planners, you’ll receive a download or delivery email once your file is complete.
